FOR VISITORS

In times of growing inequality and suppression, ArtCore Mobile Festival 2026 creates spaces for truth, resistance and collective imagination through art.

As the festival transforms everyday spaces into sites of expression, truth becomes tangible.

ArtCore Mobile Festival 2026 unfolds across two Nigerian cities — Warri and Lagos — bringing together artists, activists, performers, indigenous practitioners, scholars and local communities through a multi-sited public festival experience.

Centered around the theme “A Place for Truth (Ilé Òtítọ́)”, the festival explores truth not only as something spoken, but as something embodied, remembered and collectively experienced.

The first chapter takes place in

Warri from November 24–29, 2026

followed by

Lagos from December 1–6, 2026

A FESTIVAL ACROSS THE CITY

Bridging academic and institutional spaces with everyday public life, the festival connects museums, galleries and cultural venues with streets, markets and neighbourhoods. Visitors can expect pop-up encounters, performances and interventions in public spaces and unexpected locations across Warri and Lagos.

The festival embraces movement, collective gathering and direct engagement with the social and cultural rhythms of the city.
